33rd Annual UC San Diego Moores Cancer Center Gala

On Saturday, April 26, from 6:30-11pm, support cancer care in San Diego at Spark, the 33rd Annual UC San Diego Moores Cancer Center Gala, at Hyatt Regency La Jolla at Aventine. The event features a cocktail and wine-tasting reception, dinner, and special performance by award-winning R&B singer and actress Heather Headley. On Broadway, Headley has starred in “The Lion King” and “Aida,” for which she won a Tony Award for Best Actress in a Musical. Proceeds will benefit the new Hospital for Cancer Care at UC San Diego Jacobs Medical Center, set for completion in 2016.
