Red Shoe Day

The morning of Thursday, June 26, nearly 1,500 volunteers will man major intersections throughout San Diego County to raise money for Ronald McDonald House Charities of San Diego in the annual Red Shoe Day fundraiser. Wearing eye-catching costumes and holding iconic red shoes, Red Shoe Day volunteers will collect cash donations during the morning commute to support the more than 15,000 family members who visit San Diego’s Ronald McDonald House each year to receive meals, lodging, and other supportive services.
