Don Diego Scholarship Foundation Dinner & Concert Gala

Taking place on Wednesday, June 10, Don Diego Scholarship Foundation’s Dinner & Concert Gala will feature Peter Frampton and Cheap Trick at the San Diego County Fair. Festivities begin at 4:30pm in the famed Turf Club. Guests can mingle with a who’s who of San Diego society while enjoying cocktails and sampling prize-winning wines, followed by gourmet dinner, presentation of class of 2015 scholarship recipients, and a one-of-a-kind auction — all culminating with Champagne and VIP seating at one of this season’s most coveted concerts. Event chair Paul Ecke III states, “The gala benefits our educational programs. This year, we have much to celebrate. We’re awarding a record $41,500 in college scholarships to 13 outstanding students, including an innovative new Vocational Education award.” Ticket packages include all-day preferred parking so event-goers can come early and enjoy the fair.
