Cygnet by the Sea Gala

Cygnet Theatre presented a high tide celebration at the award-winning Marine Room that raised over $175,000 to support extraordinary theatre and educational programs. Executive chef Bernard Guillas and chef de cuisine Ron Oliver crafted a mix of unique, global flavors that paired perfectly with the restaurant’s iconic seaside panorama. Dinner was followed by a live auction, and the evening finished with a cabaret-style musical revue. Gala chair was Lynne Thrope; event sponsor was Leonard Hirsh.
