Flower Child, a fast-casual restaurant from the team behind True Food Kitchen, debuted last month in Del Mar’s Flower Hill Promenade. Committed to delivering “healthy food for a happy world,” the menu includes organic, gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan items in a mix-and-match style. Combine seasonal vegetables, fruits, and grains like the Organic Kale salad or Sweet Corn & Quinoa, as well as optional protein. A must-try is the Crushed Avocado Toast with soft egg, black sesame, and white cheddar.
