Harmony in the Ranch

Posted on March 15, 2017

On the market for the first time and once featured in Architectural Digest, this Rancho Santa Fe retreat, named “Harmony,” features custom design that is truly one of a kind. Inspired by its views, at the request of the original homeowners, famed architect Wallace E. Cunningham opened the structure to the 360-degree panorama and environment, giving one the feeling of living outside. In the entrance courtyard above the front door, a cascading waterfall adds reflections of the architecture and landscape. The 10,000-square-foot, single-level home is on solar, as is the 150-foot-long crescent-shaped pool with an infinity edge that melts into the horizon with south-facing views of citrus groves and distant mountains. The home is currently listed with Laura Barry and is being offered fully furnished — all custom by Silverlining, one of Britain’s leading furniture makers.
