If you’re groggy in the morning from tossing and turning and desperate for a noon nap most days, you may be in the market for a home sleep-tracking device. IFit’s Sleep HR is a thin disc that slides under your mattress at night and records a host of data, including your heart rate, respiratory rate, and overall rest patterns — like how long it takes you to fall asleep, how many times you wake up, even how much you snore. Before you head to bed, the device’s journal feature lets you enter how much you ate and exercised that day to get a sense of how your daily routines may be a factor.
