Celebrate Our Forest

The Rancho Santa Fe Association’s Forest Health and Preservation Committee hosted a gathering at the Rancho Santa Fe Golf Club to educate people on the value of protecting the area’s urban forest, and to motivate residents to be actively involved in achieving a fire-safe community through tree abatement. The family-friendly event featured a presentation about the Covenant Forest Health Study and informational booths including the San Dieguito River Park Conservancy, California Native Plant Society, Ecology Artisans, RSF Fire Protection District, Tree San Diego, FireWatch, and the Rancho Environmental Tree Service.
