The San Dieguito River Valley Conservancy presents its popular Wax & Wine 2019, where guests will savor gourmet bites from Urban Kitchen Catering along with artisan cheese displays, assorted Italian-style cured meats, seasonal vegetable trays, and wines and craft beers. Musician Topaz will serenade guests with live violin and classical guitar as they stroll through the lush gardens of Knorr, while artisan David Ramirez will show guests how to make their own beeswax candle to take home.
