Masterpiece in Morocco

Patrons of the Prado’s gala whisked guests away to a beautiful, enchanted oasis under the canopy of a million stars. The evening began with sunset cocktails followed by dinner catered by Jeffrey Strauss of Pamplemousse Grille, and continued with dancing to the live music of The Mighty Untouchables. The annual event is Patrons of the Prado’s main source of annual funding to support ten Balboa Park museums, theatres, and centers in their ever-evolving impact. The inaugural Icon Award for Arts & Culture was presented to Sheryl and Harvey White for their contributions to the arts. Gala co-chairs were Lynne Doyle, Nancie Geller, Christina Jordan, and Patrons president Patti Judd. Honorary Chairs were Karen and Donald Cohn.
