Hat Tricks
It’s the biggest spectator sport of the season — not the horses, the hats — on opening day at Del Mar. The bigger, the better. "They always want over-the-top hats for opening day," says Diana Cavagnaro of Designer Millinery. "It’s the biggest fashion show of the year. When people go there, they want to be noticed.
