Best Local Artist: Michael Flohr, Liz Jardine & Sandee Manuel

Liz Jardine welcomes clients to view her paintings and redesign them, in a kind of art recomposition. She also creates work based on patron inspiration, with finished pieces in a variety of materials. Call it art collaboration. lizjardinestudio.com

Sandee Manuel’s paintings on panels are graceful and elegant. To this artist’s mosaic art and paintings she brings her local experiences, but also an international view, having studied in Mexico as well as the U.S. sandeemanuel.com
