Fitness expert Tamilee (Buns of Steel) Webb, yoga instructor Stacy McCarthy, and Bosu inventor David Weck are among the San Diego-based trainers now offering live and on-demand classes through SpiroFIT, the online fitness network featuring some of the top trainers in the world. Launched in November by San Diego native Mark Scher, and partners Howard Rochestie and his son, Alex, its mission, says Scher, is “to change how people integrate fitness in their lives in a sustainable way.” Classes, available by subscription, can be accessed via your computer, iPhone, iPad, Nook, or TV, or just about anywhere with an Internet connection.
