Malashock Dance hosts its second annual fundraising celebration, The Art of Dance, featuring performances by the renowned Malashock Dance Company, live painting by Amy Burkman, and original couture fashion modeled by Malashock Company Dancers — all inspired by well-known paintings by Van Gogh, Renoir, and Toulouse-Lautrec. Honorary Chair Zandra Rhodes will lend her chic aesthetic to the evening alongside event chair Patricia O’Connor. Malashock Dance is celebrating its landmark 30th anniversary season of providing inspiring and evocative dance and life changing education outreach programs.
