City Ballet Gala 2018

The Hotel del Coronado was the setting for City Ballet of San Diego’s Creating Legends Gala, which celebrated the ballet company’s 26^th anniversary and raised more than $235,000 to enable it to continue to offer ballet, education, and outreach programs to more than 200,000 children and patrons annually. Guests enjoyed a cocktail reception, formal dinner, and a performance by City Ballet choreographer and dancer Geoff Gonzalez, and ballerina Jessie Leigh Olson. The evening concluded with dancing to the sounds of The Mighty Untouchables. Honorary chairs were Anna and Mario Scipione; emcee was Mario Lopez.
